Market Day and Concert
St. Giles Church, Sheldon
Monday, 28 May 2001
USPG celebrated their tercentenary in 2001 - 300 years of mission. The Reason Roadshow helped to provide entertainment for the Market Day event, with live music. Thank you to all those who supported the event - it was a great day out. Groups who played on our Stage during the afternoon included: Beracah (from Sheldon); Inheritance; and The Maddy Leigh Blues Band. In the evening everything moved into St. Giles Church itself for a concert featuring Nu-Life; Vox Populi and The Black Anglican Choir. Our thanks must go to Charlie for organising and running the sound; all the crew who worked hard to rig and de-rig the rather large stage; and to Vindicator cars for the loan of the Tri-Lite and trailer at the last minute.
